look forward to summer every year just to get a a nectar ice ball with ice cream (the ice cream sandwiches are worth the trip too)
The guy working their was soooo sweet he was really friendly and he really knows how to talk to a old lady. I hope that good things come his way!
As a kid the start of Sweet Tooth's ice ball season signaled that summer was here and school was about to be out. I grew up getting the the rainbow ice ball. It was actually dark purple once all the colors were poured on it-- but who the heck cares?! Eventually the order changed to the peanut butter fudge ice cream... and I remember the first time I had it. It had HUGE CHUNKS of their homemade peanut fudge. It was SO delicious. But now, the pieces are small and almost unrecognizable- so I'm knocking a star off. I still go to sweet tooth- it's a nostalgic spot. Those ice balls are still delicious- and if you don't get that bad boy made with ice cream you're not doing it right.
Delicious peach ice cream. Good prices. The only downside is the lack of seating inside and the slightly sketchy meighborhood
On a warm summer evening people are lined up here and there's a good reason. The ice cream is to die for. I actually had a snoball with ice cream in the middle, and strange as it sounds I've been thinking about it ever since. I can't wait to go back for another. There's a cute little sitting area on the side of the building, and we loved watching people. The store itself makes it's own candy, and while I didn't partake this day, you know I will. Actually it will be a great place to buy gifts when I need one. Parking can be problematic, but even if you have to park way up the street, that will help you work those calories off!
